  • How do I know which swimsuit/outfit would best flatter my body type?

  • How do I know what size to order?

 Please refer to the size chart in each swimsuit description.

  • Where can I try on your suits?

We are currently only available online but we will announce our next pop-up location soon.

  • Do you allow return and exchange?

We allow exchanges to a different style or size within two (2) days upon receiving your item, as long as the hygiene sticker is still intact and there are no damages nor stains on the product. STRICTLY NO REFUND.

For hygienic purposes, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than the above. Please understand, it is like exchanging underwear :(

Requests for adjustments and repairs may be accommodated but with an alteration fee, and based on production availability. Please note that customers will shoulder shipping fees for returns and exchanges.

  • Which courier do you use and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use different couriers, depending on your mode of payment and shipping location.

For PayPal, GCash and Bank Deposit transactions, with shipping within Metro Manila, we use BLITZ DELIVERY. Shipping takes up to 7-10 working days after acknowledgment of payment.

For Cash-On-Delivery transactions, we use LBC for provincial and GOGO Express for Metro Manila. Shipping takes up to 7-10 working days after acknowledgment of payment.

What are your shipping fees?

  1. Metro Manila : Php 100
  2. Greater Metro Manila (Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Pampanga, Laguna) : Php 180
  3. Provincial Areas (Misamis Oriental, Negros Occidental, Iloilo, Bataan, Zambales) : Php 200
  4. Provincial Areas (Cebu, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur) : Php 250
  • Do you accommodate same-day deliveries?

For same-day deliveries, we can arrange a LALA MOVE or GRAB EXPRESS. Please note that our customers shoulder the additional costs for the expedited delivery. Kindly ensure that someone is available to receive your order on the address, date and time of your booking. We will inform you once your item is on the way.

  • Rush orders outside Metro Manila (via LBC only)

This will vary if the style and size of your preferred swimwear is on-hand.

  • Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Please take note that shipping charges increase for international shipments. We use LBC as our courier.

What are your Fabric & Swimwear Care instructions?

  • Gentle hand wash with cold water.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean.
  • Do not leave under direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Do not wring, soak, or bleach.
  • Do not leave rolled up wet.
  • Do not iron.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear.
  • Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear.
  • We recommend that you rinse immediately after use.
  • We recommend that you do not wear your swimsuit in hot baths or pools as it could cause damage to your swimsuit.
  • Some shades may bleed or transfer when wet (especially black with white).
  • Be careful to not wear light colored clothing over wet swimwear.
